Self-esteem is critical for the positive approaches towards facing problems. Self-esteem is a road for smooth approaches to seeing events Self-esteem develops a confidence in you; it assists him or her to end worrying about the troubles and empowers the person to face it with laudable courage. A person becomes alert of his/her needs and sets goals and tries hard to attain his/her goals.

What exactly is low self-esteem?

Amassing negativity or negative ideas might result in low self-esteem. Low self-esteem could stem from constant stress, workloads and enmity etc. Low self-esteem many times result in losing confidence. A person can't meet the troubles as effectively as he/she once did. Low self-esteem brings on unhappiness, lose of motivation, decrease in self-confidence. It might also affect the daily routine as well as any relationships. The person begins losing interest in things occurring around them, preferring to be lonely and not interacting in a group.

How frequently does low self-esteem may occur?

Low self-esteem occurs very frequently. It is difficult to forecast as to when it could occur. However, it occurs mostly in stressful events.

What does an individual experience during periods of low self-esteem?

1. An person gets hurt very easily even from a simple remark that is said.

2. He/she feels very shy to go out in public.

3. An person is not able to share thoughts and feelings with peers, friends, or family.

4. He/she prefers to be alone.

5. An person gets irritated on small matters.

6. He/she tends to dislike who they are and blame themselves.

7. The person attempts to avoid new activities.

8. He/she could develop negative feelings towards others.

9. He/she is depressed very often.

10. The person is scared from unhealthy fears very easily.

11. The person could feel like doing harm to harming themselves in some way.

12. The person is afraid that they might be cut loose in a relationship.

13. The person feels as if he/she is a big loser.

14. The person is scared of handling things and is not willing to do interviews or exams.

Therefore, it is very critical that one should not possess a low self-esteem.
